I liked the front desk. They were very professional and knew how to handle new patients. Dr. Frankfather was very, very professional, and knowledgeable about my condition. I have follow his instructions and have had NO pain. I have told several folks of my experience and advised to get this care.

Wait time to see the Dr. was minimal. Dr. Bork explained everything and answered all of my questions. I was very satisfied with the appointment.

Being a new patient, wait time was about average, due to filling out paperwork, the doctor I saw was nice, easy to talk with and took the time to listen to me, and my concerns, and explained what was going on, and possibly had happened. Will be going back if I am in need of their services in the future.

The staff is very friendly and minimum waiting time. Physician performance is above average. Dr. Retief is very caring and offer useful advice. Overall it was an exceptional customer service experiences. My personal thank you to Dr. Retief and his staff for phenomenal treatment.
